Not working can't book a slot or shop
iv been trying to pay 8 days for my shopping it want go through to pay so gone with asda cant wait when you got no food in house
I managed to log in ,but I've never been able get a delivery due to the red tape when trying to pay. Although I did get a phone message from a lady , but I cant understand Klingon yet....
Won't let me order at all.
I have never bother to write a review before, so that tells you how rubbish this app is. First of all, why is there two apps with the same name!? One (supposedly) works and the other doesn't!? Suggestion - make ONE that WORKS and take the others down. IV just spent an hour trying to do my shopping, get to the checkout and find I'm using the wrong app.... So I re do the whole process, go to check out, try to add a card and it takes me to the website, which won't process my order. Waste of time.
I use this app multiple times a week, which makes some of the glaring usability problems even more painful. And please, sort out your ad placement. I'm already using the app to place an order, why do you need to steal the top 4 search result items with things you can TELL aren't going to be relevant.
I have to uninstall and re install the app everytime I order as it wont let me checkout. App is rubbish.
App feels really smooth and nicely designed and built. One thing I would say is I was really confused I had made a successful order and was devastated that my well thought out order was removed from my basket once I was directed to add a bank card via the website from app. Arriving back in app I didnt recieve a notification of the order so started making another order. But I then stumbled on my old pending order. This flow felt very confusing! However lovely app (preferred it to sainsburys).
